As expected, the hangar arms are not long enough to lower the box all the way into the sump. I’m going to have to contact the company or just try to figure something out. In the meantime, I have assembled the box and have noticed a few things. First, the instructions are dreadful. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the parts (for example, the pictures show acrylic panels with holes and mine has slots). There is no mention of the screws that go into the bottom to hold the divider in place. I had to figure that out myself. Next, the top is hard to open because it scrapes on the hangar braces. And, as I mentioned, the hangars are not long enough to lower the box all the way into my sump. I need the magnets.
