### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ HOMINY IS GOOD AND EACH KERNEL IS FULLY INTACT.
*by T***Y on January 12, 2017*

The package arrived on time and in excellent condition. I must say the kernels are the biggest I've ever seen! (: I think it's worth emphasizing the kernels were all intact, as I read reviews for other products saying the hominy was broken and in pieces. THIS HOMINY IS GOOD AND EACH KERNEL IS FULLY INTACT. I usually make posole from frozen hominy and in the crock pot, so this was my first attempt with dried hominy and cooking it in a pan. The kernels pretty much all "flowered" like they were supposed to do and it tasted ok. I think it was due to me trying to use a different cooking method, though. I will definitely purchase this again and stick to my tried and true method of cooking.
