I contacted the seller and was asked for pictures, which I sent. They replace the wallet with no charge to me! I'm delighted with the case but recommend not using the wristlet as the wallet is to heavy once the phone is added for the wristlet. The colors are bright and pretty, it is made of a faux leather but, well made. It does take a few weeks to receive. It holds 2 ids and 2 bills nicely. The cards slots are not easy to fit cards into, and if too many are put in at a time, then the wallet will refuse to close. The magnet stays in place and the slot for the camera is perfect, however, and the lanyard is great for easy carrying.
