The algae dropped out of suspension and ended up in clumps on the bottom of the pond, which eventually collected in the quilt batting I put in my pump prefilter. I added a second dose about 5 days later, and then my water was crystal clear! And it's lasted! Plus, my fish are happy and healthy, and my bog filter plants are even growing better now that they don't have to compete with the algae for nutrients. I'm just so totally pleased with this product.
