I’m 44, with some fine lines and kind of combination skin. It mostly tends to be dry, but I can get some pimples with monthly hormone shifts. This cleanser reminds me of a Burts bees, orange oil cleanser that I used for years when I lived in a much drier climate and suffered awful dry, red patches. I was looking for something to have a similar effect, but much lighter for more dry, tight skin.This cleanser isn’t your traditional foaming cleanser. It is more like a cream cleanser that you massage into your skin. It does a good job of lifting dirt and oil from your skin, without drying it. Since oil is a little lower down the ingredient list, I don’t find it leaves an oily residue. Glycerine is the second ingredient, which could explain why this cleanser gives my skin a really smooth and hydrated feel. I’m really enjoying this cleanser. It has a nice, light, clean scent. I like that it comes in a generous size of bottle for the price also.
