I'm 4'11"s, 130lbs, 38D bust & I got the small. My arms are on the heavy side...& the sleeves fit long, but good. Plenty of room. I normally wear a M in tops, and this top is still slouchy/big on me!Being I'm petite in height, the top fits great in length. The front comes down just below my abdomen, right above my thighs. The back just about covers my butt.I will be altering this top, to fit me a bit tighter at the very bottom/hem. I do this with some of my tops. This is my personal preference with tops I feel are big on me.IMO...this top runs a size larger. The measurement chart in description is very accurate. If you read the inches in The size chart, it will tell you what size chest It will fit. I do not recommend you size up, it will be too big on you! Just buy your normal size.
