So that gave me an idea to gently warm these pastries in a microwave or toaster oven but do not over heat them. My husband microwaved one yesterday for one minute and the almond filling oozed out the pastry. He said it was still very good. He spread the almond on top of the Bear Claw and looked very happy eating it, Regarding freezing these pastries, that would be a great way to keep them fresh.
