Now that it's here she hasn't made more cookies then she can handle she has made cookies even for the neighbors. I've even used this pan for baking chicken, ribs, and drying fruita multiple times this month alone, and it works really well for those! The pan is solid feels like a sword pan, with a good half-inch or so lip around the outside, nothing ever drips or leaks in this thing. With my older pans that are now gone, the juices dripped all over the interior of the stove when I pull the pan out of the oven because of the tilting and the flimsiness. This has never ever happened with this Cake Boss pan I swear I love it because It maintains shape, stability, and it looks so stylish with the red grips. Also, the nonstick is very easy to clean I've had to clean it multiple times so cookies may be made again ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not sold on these yet *by B***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 21, 2016* Not sure about these yet. Nice weight to them but I had a very difficult time getting my cookies just right. They either were completely under baked but bottoms were burned or completely under baked. I tried adjusting the oven temperature as well. I tried using a silicone mat with them and the cookies still do not come out quite right. I got frustrated and gave up on using them and went back to regular cookie sheets with silicone mats. I have been using them for months now and NO complaints. Cookies never burn and everything slides right off. In months the only way I have cleaned these is wiping with a damp cloth and they look perfect.The one weird thing is the ridges on the pan that show you were to drop the dough makes marks on your cookies.
