Provides maximum efficiency, power transfer and stability. Being ridden by top cross country athletes. Review: Much better cleat than the standard 6'/15' - I think calling this the "easy release" cleat isn't quite the right term to use for it. It does engage and disengage with a much more positive feel than the standard cleat. In my experience the standard cleat felt mushy and was inconsistent on the release. There was a big difference between left and right cleat on the standard, these cleats are very similar from left to right. Neither cleat disengages unexpectedly even on gnarly terrain. I think that beginner as well as experienced riders will appreciate the feel of this cleat. Review: Reliable and quick install. - Always a solid set of cleats. Let the first set go a little too long before replacing LOL These install super easy but if it’s your first time using them be sure to have your phone handy. Instructions are all online but I found it easier to pull up the install on you tube. ## Features - EASIER TO UNCLIP: 10 degree release angle optimized for novice riders or those new to clip-in pedals, designed with a 2-hole bolt pattern for MTB shoes - AVAILABLE IN TWO DIFFERENT FLOAT ANGLE VERSIONS: 0 degree (bronze) and 6 degree (rose) float angle - LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE MATERIAL: 30g per pair, premium strength brass cleats - PLASTIC SPACING SHIMS INCLUDED - COMPATIBLE WITH ALL CRANKBROTHERS CLIP-IN PEDALS ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07GSHH8QJ | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #12,838 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #6 in Boat Cleats & Chocks #50 in Bike Lighting Parts & Accessories | | Bike Type | Cross Country Bike, Mountain Bike | | Brand | Crankbrothers | | Brand Name | Crankbrothers | | Color | Rose | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 370 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00641300162755 | | Included Components | Cleats come with plastic spacing shims | | Item Dimensions L x W | 4"L x 3"W | | Item Highlight | Crankbrothers Easy Release Cleats with 6 Float | MTB & Road Compatible | | Item Type Name | replacement-cycling-cleats | | Item Weight | 30 g | | Manufacturer | Crankbrothers | | Manufacturer Part Number | K1816275 | | Material | Brass | | Material Type | Brass | | Model Number | 16275 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 4"L x 3"W | | Product Style | Pedal Cleats | | Style | Pedal Cleats | | UPC | 641300162755 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 2 year manufacturer | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Crankbrothers - **Color:** Rose - **Item Weight:** 30 g - **Material:** Brass - **Product Dimensions:** 4"L x 3"W ## Images ![Crankbrothers Premium Cleat Kit, Brass Cleats for Clip-in Bike Pedals - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51MffU6QJOL.jpg) ![Crankbrothers Premium Cleat Kit, Brass Cleats for Clip-in Bike Pedals - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51jh9wl1I2L.jpg) ![Crankbrothers Premium Cleat Kit, Brass Cleats for Clip-in Bike Pedals - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/516Yxp+oXGL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this the 10 degree release 6 degree float option including shoe shields?** A: The shields don't affect the release angle at all. In fact, they probably help make release a bit easier by decreasing the friction between the pedal bail and the sole of the shoe. **Q: Is this the 10 degree release 6 degree float option including shoe shields?** A: Yes. The Shoe Shields do not affect the release angle. That is determined by which cleat is on which shoe. **Q: Is this the 10 degree release 6 degree float option including shoe shields?** A: The shields don't affect the release angle at all. In fact, they probably help make release a bit easier by decreasing the friction between the pedal bail and the sole of the shoe. **Q: Is this the 10 degree release 6 degree float option including shoe shields?** A: NO, juts cleats only.
