The fit is great and it looks really nice.The trouble we found was that there was a small opening at the top of the smoke stack where the stitching didn’t quite catch both pieces of material—not such a big deal since it wasn’t likely to let in much of anything. Worse, though, was that the second time we went to tighten the straps, one completely fell off of the cover, making it useless and leaving that side of the grill cover a bit less secure. It can probably be stitched back on, but I would expect the cover to hold up a lot longer than that before it required some fixing up.Update: The sellers contacted me and offered to send me a replacement as soon as they heard about my troubles. I checked it out in walmart, but wasn't impressed with the fabric quality. It is made of the same ole fabric that most covers are made from. This one on the other hand seems to be much higher quality. The fabric is more like a rubber material. I'm sure it will hold up much better than the canvas material on the pit boss cover. The sewing on it is very heavy duty and it fits the grill perfect. I'm glad I went with this one over the other one.
