This product worked very well and I have been using it for nearly a year. It appears to have been originally offered under a different name/packaging, so I was glad to find it again. The problem I had with the other offerings was that they didn't work--either fell out or hurt, so I would wake up and take them out. This product offers enough sizes so that I at least was able to find the "right" size. Initially there was mild discomfort, but not enough to call pain, and eventually that went away. The other thing about this offering is that they give you two of each size. That's great because I lost one once. Can't imagine where it went, but it is nice to have a backup. And for a bit more detail about the others options, I found the nose cones that were more of a web (with gaps) just not strong enough to keep the breathing passage open. And others were too thin so again, they collapsed and I couldn't breath. And finally, some had such big loops coming out of your nose it was bothersome (though this by itself would not be a reason to not use them). The design of these devices is pretty optimal in all regards.
