        			I'm not a doctor; I'm not even in the medical profession, but I am just like a lot of you. I've spent much of my life dealing with pain, headache, nausea, fatigue, insomnia and a host of other problems. In fact, about a decade ago I was nearly dead. Thankfully, I had the great good fortune to find an amazing doctor and it was then I learned that much of my ill health revolved around digestion. Prior to that almost every symptom I had was attributed to migraines and, as a result, I went through a number of years addicted to prescription pain killers that I supplemented with over-the-counter medication and washed down with liquid Nyquil. My experience has prompted me to write a number of short books that I hope will help and inform so that you don't have to suffer as I did or live as carefully as I now do. I avoid grains (not just wheat), caffeine, sugars and dairy. When I'm out in public I routinely carry a face mask, epi pen and bronchodilator as I'm so intolerant of so many substances. Pain and headaches are still a part of my daily life. The good news is life is way better than it was, and with proper attention to diet and alternative medical practices, continues to improve. Please look for my other books and stay well.
