I have no power point close to the car so this cigar lighter connection was my only hope. I have tried battery operated polisher/buffers, but they run out of power after a few minutes. This little machine excelled my expectations. It worked really well without too much effort. I have ended up with a car that has a wonderful shine to the lacquer.Update...I have had this polisher for under 3 months and it ha suddenly died on me.
