I have contacted them in order to send it back for refund I have had a great amount of trouble with their customer service because they have a very broken English email response, I would not buy this product it is just a nightmare

First of all it's going to take a few weeks before you see this item then when you get it good luck everything on the screen is in Chinese and the instructions won't work because you can't read anything on the screen of the actual item . The instructions are also extremely vague they do I really explain how to do it they kind of just say how to do it . I have contacted them in order to send it back for refund I have had a great amount of trouble with their customer service because they have a very broken English email response, I would not buy this product it is just a nightmare

Works great so far. Seems like a quality product. The manual is a little hard to understand because it's written in broken English and the cameras default language is Japanese. I found a more comprehensive manual online and was able to navigate to the option menu change the cameras language to English.
