The card has been expired and they gave no warning about pending shutdown. When i realized that payment was not made I tried calling right away and they DO NOT ACCEPT credit Cards for immediate payment. In the meantime, I was shut out of the system. They did not care. I had to pay wire transfer and wait until everything cleared on their part before being restored, took a total of 9 days. Can you afford that??. Any thing that is wrong from a network they will not fix or give any help, just pass the buck..Must pay for customer service after your term is up. Overall a very BAD customer service experience with them. Looking for a replacement ASAP. Will NOT recommend to anyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aldelo Pro 2013 *by R***Y on February 8, 2014* Picking the new Aldelo Pro software for both of my restaurants has been the best decision I made so far. Aldelo Pro gave us the modifiers and options to expand our menu came with a fully loaded pizza program. Servers loves it and takes less than 30 minutes to have a new server trained and running this system like a pro. We have been able to serve customers faster and with all of the new modifiers made misfires in the kitchen a thing of the past. If near South Carolina I would look up Kevin at Value Systems in Myrtle Beach, SC (843-45O-IO87) Best customer service I have ever experienced. Just in case you were wondering I had Micros with over 18,000. dollars invested and by the way didn't buy from Tucker's in Savannah Ga. tries to screw you at every turn. Would not allow me total control of my own system and over 3000 a year for support. Aldelo blows Micros out of the water and 600 a year for 24/7 support. It was pretty convenient and getting help from customer service was quite smooth.A few years later, it is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.My technician, when installing the program, put my nick name in the system instead of full legal name.The business name and phone number was also incorrect.I found out that in order to change any business information, you have to call the customer service.First, they sent me a request for change form, which they charge $130.00 per change, per item.For example, I had to change my name, business name, and business phone number, which they charge total of $390.00.The service rep told me I can request to waive the fees and they normally will waive one time within 12months of period.I can see why they won't let owners change the business information left and right because some people will abuse it.However, when I am missing one word in my business name and have totally wrong business phone number?They are requesting a copy of my ID and a business license. JUST SO I CAN CORRECT MY BUSINESS INFO!!!!The program had some errors while I was using and when I called to get a tech support, I was told that they cannot do anything until someone changes the registered owner's name.
