This product works very well. And is less invasive compared to NSAIDs and more effective and less messy than heat fomentation. Dont know if it is the same model. But make is omron and it looks also the same. Awesome relief..using it when needed since 2 or 3 years. The pads have lost some adhesion but still works amazing. Using rechargeable aaa batteries x 2 nos
