I pressed and pressed and pressed, sprayed compressed air in and around the switch, and mashed the heavily. The Y button worked a few times but would frequently require me to mash the button to produce one letter.I copied the letter y to my clipboard and would paste it while typing.Contacted the customer support emails provided at their Durgod website the day I received it.
