Took about 20 minutes to assemble, we only had one small hiccup (the leg pieces were not labeled and we put them in backwards-they wouldn't snap so we switched them-problem solved). Little baby is not home yet so we don't know if she will enjoy it, but we like it. Takes up a small footprint, quiet motor, nice music. Does not swing or move very quickly, so it may be too gentle to soothe baby- we will see. Most of the reviews said the seat was not removable, for washing, but I disagree. The whole thing snaps on and off, the 3rd picture shows the only difficult spot for removing the cover. Those type of clasps(?) can be tricky to remove but not impossible.
