**Q: Can this be applied over dupli-color scratch filler/primer?  should i not to mix different primer brands? but, i did plan to use rustolem paint/clear.**
A: I've never had a problem mixing primer brands in rattle cans but when using the more expensive urethane out of a gun I like to use the same brand.

**Q: want type of  a primert has epoxy in it**
A: you cannot beat this  primer it works great for m and I would not be without it.

**Q: Is primer sealer required if you already used sand-able primer?**
A: Hello primer sealer is for if your primer is going to be out in the weather. Regular primer socks up water and will rust if your primer is over bare metal very fast. Primer sealer does just what it says seals from the elements. Hope this helps Bart 😊

**Q: Can this be used over filler and sandable primer?**
A: As far as I can tell this can be used with body filler. Apply 2 or more coats of primer to the area. It must be left over 24 hours, depending on the temperature & humidity, to completely dry before sanding.
