Even the miniature snowman and boy look good rather than alien-like. The LED illumination is good giving the house a warm glow. The O-scale Polar Express makes a 60” oval circuit under the Christmas Tree. I placed the house in the middle of white board material from Home Depot and used some scale trees and scenery snow from a local train store. This added a cool touch to the front of the Christmas Tree stand and casts some wintery shadows. The Reindeer package adds a nice touch too.I gave three stars for price value- it’s plastic, not gold. I gave four stars since it is cheaply assembled. One review noted “cheap plastic”. No complaint from me given the house is similarly made as other scenery structures and is not made for young children- it is a static structure made to look nice. I’d suggest if you are looking for something more sturdy you buy the Barbie Dream House.
