It’s under the hard roof so it doesn’t get rain & very little UV, but it sees 90+ percent humidity here in Florida and it’s not rotting which was my main concern. Still looks great at the 2 1/2 year point. Review: Helps drop temp of roof. - I installed these on my large metal roofed gazebo for a summer party. After installing the inside roof temp dropped 30 degrees. And it looks great too.
