As a curvy hispanic with a pear shaped figure, I have struggled to find jeans that fit me well without having a gap in the waist line or fitting oddly throughout my body. I purchased several pairs of these jeans about 3 years ago and loved them so much I discarded all of my other jeans.I lost a lot of weight over this period of time, so I went to order a smaller size. I am extremely disappointed that the quality of this brand has significantly decreased while the price has somehow increased (original price was around $20, some styles are now $50!). Not knowing my new size, I ordered several different styles of these jeans in both a 5 and a 7 (I'm 5'3'' and 135lbs). First of all, the sizing is inconsistent; the size 5 fit me exactly the same as the size 7. One pair came to me completely falling apart with lose strings everywhere and the stitching done so badly in the inside pockets that holes were beginning to form. All the pairs I ordered have all of the stitching around the waist line burned (common technique to prevent the stitching from coming loose) however, they over burned them causing every part of the stitching to be really scratchy and uncomfortable.The skinny jeans in the Katy style that I ordered on this page are crooked! I put them on, they fit, I took the tags off. As soon as I started walking around, I felt off. I need to cuff them for the length to be similar to the photo. But other short girls get that. They fit well in the legs and hips but still gap in the waist. I've been wearing this brand exclusively for 3 years now so I think the fit might be a bit off. But they are super cute, super stylish, and quite comfortable.
