It's very sturdy & does not fall out which was my biggest concern before I purchased it. The 2 cons I have with it is that u can't attach it while u have certain cases on ur phone...the bottom of ur case needs to be almost completely open in order to secure the connector. Also, the cord is very comfortable, but the silicone tends to get stuck in my hair while I'm wearing it. I have my phone in a case (CaseCrown Lux Glider Case for Apple iPhone 4 and 4S -AT&T, Sprint, & Verizon compatible- Red Garnet Sold by Amazon.com LLC) and I do not have to remove it to use the iHangy. My husband is also pleased with it because he doesn't have to call my cell so that we can find it!
