The case itself is beautiful and I am getting compliments on it. But the lanyard is a huge rubber cord with a weird combination stylus and click attachment that attaches to the bottom of the phone.I have a dog with failing vision so I wear this when I walk her. I turn on the flashlight function on my phone and wear it around my neck and it provides enough light for her to see at night. This is good, just not what I bought this for.Again, the case is really attractive. The picture does not do it justice. I do love it, as there are times when wearing my phone securely around my neck is a necessity. Unfortunately, the white (top) portion of the case is very thin and easily broken. My original iHangy fell from my kitchen counter to the floor, and cracked in 2 places at the "hangy" end. My friend (who also received one for Mothers Day) also dropped hers, and it cracked in the same place. Glue held for a short time, but clearly wasn't going to last, so I had to replace it.
