**Q: can it be used on a table top, or while sitting?**
A: I have not used it on a table top but if the legs are not attached it should sit level on a table.  I have however used it, with legs adjusted, while sitting on a couch.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Is the leather made from a cow? :(**
A: It has a leather handle, but I am sure if it’s real leather.

**Q: Can you use this to paint on paper vs canvas that has the wood underneath?**
A: YES

This was purchased as a gift. I can’t really comment on the artistic utilization of the easel, but it set up in under five minutes. With ease. It seems sturdy enough, and will probably stand up to use well, as long as it is folded away when moved. I would recommend this easel.

Loved the color, style, drawer, adjustability and portability. It’s awkward to set up and take down. Drawer sometimes sticks. Bulky doesn’t always stay latched; too or legs. Overall I like it but wondering what else there is.
