Unfortunately I used it on my face and it severely irritated it literally removing the skin. Had some body irritation but not nearly as bad as face. It took almost a month to completely heal. They said it was returnable but we didn't save the packaging. In the meantime I found out I am “reacting” to goats milk(not a true allergy but natural testing shows something) But I I have to say, I wasn’t reacting to the soap..I was just thinking it’s probably not good to use if I cannot tolerate goats milk. Anyway, while I used it, I loved it, not drying like a lot of natural soaps I have tried! And they refunded my money quickly.. no issue with the return AT ALL!! I’m actually sad I can’t use this soap right now! If you don’t react to goats milk you should try this!! Upon first use it softened my skin and made eased my symptoms! I could feel it softening as I rubbed the soap on my skin. Even tho it’s “unscented” it has faint generic, clean, soap smell to it with no added fragrances. Each bar comes individually wrapped in their own cotton drawstring pouch with the “scent” stamped outside of it. I really enjoyed this soap, will be repurchasing this for sure.
