It’s small but has plenty of coverage to keep the rain or sun off. Super easy to open and close with the button. It has a design on the outside and is black on the inside. I plan on using this next summer as a parasol at the parks in FL to help shelter the sun. For now it’s an umbrella to keep in my car and desk drawer. The shaft is about 21.5” which is perfect for a parasol and an umbrella. I emailed them the same evening that I received it, and even though it was after "normal" business hours on a Friday I received a reply within less than 30min, and received the replacement on Monday.The umbrella itself seems well made, but a little small. I am NOT big for an adult (barely 5'3", and almost kid-sized hands) and it's just barely big enough to give me good coverage, and the handle is just big enough to be barely comfortable with my hands. It is probably not well suited for someone average or larger.
