Several weeks ago, I was going to change the batteries and SD card out of one of them. I unlatched one of the latches and I noticed bits of plastic move. I stopped and looked closer, and there was a hole in the sensor lens. There are small cracks on the areas that are still intact. I contacted Boly because I was pretty certain that they didn't produce products of such cheap quality. I got an e-mail back asking for a picture of the hole and a picture of the inside that had the serial number of the camera. I sent the two pictures, and I received an e-mail today asking if I wanted to purchase a new camera! They stated that mine was 3 years old and he was pretty sure that the new lens wouldn't fit the camera. It is not my issue if they are selling "OLD" stock. I purchased the camera 1 year ago, so I expect it to work for longer than a year!
