It applied quickly and easily with a pump sprayer and absorbed into my bluestone without any need to wipe or roll out excess. It did not leave a haze on the stone, as the instructions warned might happen. We've had a couple of rains since and it seems to repel the water well.My only comment, and it's an important one, is that the coverage is about 20% of that advertised. The quart-sized bottle is supposed to cover up to 1000 sq. ft.
