**Q: what size would fit my puggles chest 32 and neck 18inches?**
A: Probably a medium. I have a large and I had to tighten it down all the way to fit my golden.

**Q: Is the service dog patch easily removable?**
A: Yes.  It's held on by Velcro.

**Q: Can the "service dog" tag shown in the picture be removed?**
A: Yes.  It's held on by velcro.

**Q: Can the large fit a chest girth of about 38-40? I don't see a size chart.**
A: The large fits both if my GSDs that are 70lbs and 100lbs.  The straps are adjustable.

Works great for my 40 lb dog, but I wish it had a little bigger or rather smaller range. It doesn't fit perfectly, it's a little too big on her neck but good on her chest. Still, it works for her.
