The bulbs are pretty small compared to others that I have had in the past. Just planted so we will see how big the blooms are but I don't have high expectations.

About 6 weeks in. One of the three bulbs flowered (and it does look beautiful). The other two bulbs just sprouted some impressive leaves, no sign of any blooming coming.

Super slow growing. I have grown amaryllis bulbs many times. These have taken much longer, and of the six I ordered, one of them never grew flowers (just leaves).

I planted mine in a pot with gravel up to approximately the middle of the bulb. I placed it partially on a warm grow pad that I was using to grow seeds. I tried to not let water touch the bulb, just the portion that had a couple of short roots. t didn't take long for me to see some green of growth. Currently, it is over a foot tall with a big stem and bud of the same length. It now has been growing for approximately 2 months and I've enjoyed watching it. I am looking forward to meeting the flower. I gave two for gifts and they are much smaller but doing well. I think the heat is making a difference in rate of growth.

Not sure Ill buy this again. It took forever as it comes from China I think. Only one of the bulbs came up and they seemed sickly. Waste of money In my opinion.

These bulbs where large and healthy. They arrived in excellent condition with sprouts on the top. They are planted and can barely wait to see them bloom this summer. These are the best quality bulbs I have ordered online!

Last winter was 50%. The year before was also 50%. The reason I reordered was the excellent results I had in previous years. Those were magnificent. I normally order 9 or 12 and people really love the ones that pop. When they do bloom the flowers are gorgeous. Will I chance it again? I hope not but may due to the great ones. I'll look for another source.

Ordered and received 3 large bulbs. Got 9 blooms: 1 double, 1 two doubles and 1 triple, all bight red as shown. I took a tip from a previous post and used a heat mat under my clay bulb pot and dish. The foliage is still green and healthy so I am waiting before planting outside (just for chuckles as I do not expect them to re bloom or survive our NJ winter.
