 Pharmaton Vitality Capsules contain Panax Ginseng Extract, Vitamin A 2667 IU, Vitamin A Palmitate, Colecalciferol Vitamin D, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Vitamin B1, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin Vitamin B2, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride Vitamin B6, Nicotinamide Vitamin B3, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamine Vitamin B12, Calcium Phosphate, Biotin Vitamin B7, Calcium, Magnesium Sulphate, Iron sulphate, Zinc Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Sodium Selenite, Lecithin, Rapeseed Oil, Ethyl Vanillin (flavouring), Arachis (Peanut) Oil, Hard Fat, Gelatine, Glycerol, Triglycerides (medium chain), Iron Oxide Red and Black (as colour) Silica and Lactose.
- Preparation and usage 
  The standard dose is one capsule per day to be taken in the morning along with your food. The standard duration of treatment is four weeks which may be continued to up to twelve weeks depending on how you feel. Discontinue use and speak to your doctor in case there is no improvement in your condition despite using the capsules for more than four weeks

  The capsules are not recommended for use in children below the age of twelve years. Not indicated for women who are pregnant or lactating or those with a genetic history of haemochromatosis.
