I have a serious neck and shoulder issue and was told I should NEVER do weights again, only resistance bands. I've tried several and although some were OK, NONE have been like this! I received it today, used it today, and my arms, neck and shoulders feel great! It's easy on the muscles and joints and unbelievably effective! I HIGHLY recommend!! ### ⭐⭐ it's a great product, however *by N***I on Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2017* Conceptually, it's a great product, however, it does not demand much expectation. I bought this item with a gift card and $18 out of pocket and regret my purchase. Also, the item itself should be renamed, as it does not entail the slightest resistance. I thought that I would be able to control my resistance factor by increasing it the more I use it, but no such thing. According to its cd exercise program, you simply just increase your repetition of the given exercise. In all, I believe the product is useless - 5 pound dumbbells would give you a greater workout. Unless this product is intended for a very light workout for people such as seniors, or maybe pregnant women, i would pass on this if you're contemplating purchase. Those who created this should absolutely remodel it with endurance levels. Otherwise, i see it as a passing fade - one I should have passed on as well. Topping it off, an expensive mistake at that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Resistance Workout *by K***2 on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2017* Great resistance workout.
