Review: Great product ... to my surprise. - Was definitely not expecting a good product at this price..... have usually used ceramic neti pots which have a different design and are much narrower. This big pot with a big handle I thought would be pretty terrible to use, but I had to buy it because of severe sinus congestion. To my surprise, the design is fabulous.... the tip of the spout actually does work to prevent water spillage out of your nostril as you're doing the cleanse, and the big pot is surprisingly comfortable to hold. Also holds a good amount of water given its size, so you don't have to keep making a new solution .... if in a hurry, that one pot is more or less okay for both nostrils. Also the manufacturing is such a pleasant surprise! I had expected it to be fairly shoddy, and I thought I'll buy an actually good neti pot after lockdown.... but looks like this one will actually be good enough for me! Please explain in detail** A: 1. Pour in 500 ml of Luke warm (close to your body temperature) into neti pot. 2. Add one tea spoon of neti salt provided by this product. Stir well. 3. Keep your legs hip width distance apart. 4. Bend/lean forward with slightly keeping your knees bent. 5. Tilt you head at certain angle. (This helps the water to flow uninterrupted or overflowing or hitting the cinus area. 6. Open your mouth and start treating through mouth. 7. Keep the nossle of the neti pot on one nostril and start pouring gently and smoothly and uninterrupted. 8. While pouring make sure to breathe through your mouth and don't close until the process is complete. 9. Pour about 250ml on one side of nassle cavity. 10. Repeat the steps from 5 to 9 on the other side of nasal cavity. NOTE : This is a regular steps to follow.
