A: You use the included rice cup to add the rinsed rice to the empty pot. Then, you add the water to the appropriate level line.

**Q: What is the minimum amount of rice (cups, uncooked) that is recommended to cook in this unit?**
A: 1/4 cup, ideally 1/2 cup

**Q: Can you use it with car power using a inverter?**
A: I wouldn’t buy this for anything, it chips on the inside very easily after only 1-2 uses. Paint and metal coming off in the bottom inside of cooker.

**Q: Does this leak water onto the counter when cooking?**
A: Use this weekly and have never had water leak. Love this product❤️
