Keep in mind this watch is 5x cheaper than a Fitbit Alta and 10x cheaper than an Apple Watch. It has the same functionality as the Fitbit with a few minor differences. The watch charges with any USB charger. The watch has a heart rate tracker, but it is not continuous meaning it will only collect heart rate when you tell it to. The battery life is comparable to the Fitbit. It also reads texts and has a much nicer screen than the Fitbit because it is larger and in color. The app for this watch is called jyou pro and it is very simple to use. It does steps, calories burned, miles walked, alarms, notifications from your phone, heartbeat, and you can track your activity from the device instead of initiating it on your phone. It’s waterproof and fits well. It also tracks sleep! The app is simple and easy to use, but you can’t input your diet or add any exercise other than walk, run, cycle, or hiking. For the money though, it’s well worth it. I’m not an athlete or into fitness. I really just wanted it to track steps and sleep and this one does that well for the money. You have to be near your phone for the notifications to work, but it’s great when your phone is in your pocket or purse. I have an iPhone and it synced up easily.
