A: Hello! Original replacement parts and suitable substitutes can be purchased directly through our Consumer Care Center. We can be reached at 800-626-2811 Monday-Friday 7 am-6 pm CST. For faster service, please have your bike’s model number and date code handy. These can be found on a black and silver sticker on the frame above the pedal area. It says Pacific Cycle at the top.

**Q: What size box does this come shipped in? I need to put it on a plane (checked luggage) before giving it to my son!**
