I've been disappointed w/markers because the paint came off. Do you have glass experience with these markers?** A: Our markers will work on glass, although you should give them extra time to thoroughly dry. Paints have a very hard time properly adhering to smooth hard surfaces like glass, you can improve adhesion by giving them a 'tooth' to stick on to by sanding the area you want to paint first. When your finished with your creation, applying a clear coat would also be a good idea to add additional protection. (: **Q: Would these work on an exterior wooden sign and stay vibrant (with top coat of spar varnish)?** A: The only problem you will have is if the sign is in direct sunlight, especially if your in a sunny place like Las Vegas. These will work great on exterior wood but direct sunlight will eventually fade almost any paint. The spray varnish is a great idea and will definitely help prolong the life of your sign, I would also recommend that you apply a white primer before painting to achieve the best results. **Q: Does konker paint pens come with refills and tips, if not where can I get the replacement nibs and paint?** A: No, they do not include any extra tips or refills out the box. We are currently in the early stages of manufacturing our own brand of refillable paints, replacement tips and kits that will be identical to what already comes with the markers. We currently do not have a release date yet. In the mean time you can use almost any type of paint that you like to refill them, and the nibs are standard in shape so most generics would work. For paint, Water-based acrylics work great, but anything that is thin enough to flow through the nib will work. Even thicker paints can be thinned to flow. Its mostly personal preference but as for a specific brand I really like Golden acrylic fluids. **Q: Where are these made?** A: We currently concept and design everything in the USA and manufacture in China.
