Arms are flexible so width would be no problem **Q: Does the banner have to have grommets in it in order to use this? I'm ordering mine from Vista Print and it will cost an extra $15 to add them.** A: My banner had th holders on it, so they slipped right in. My other banner I purchased from Vista Print I had to order the sticky clear holders to stick on my banner. **Q: Is it adjustable if my banner does not exactly fit the stand's specs?** A: Yes, as long as it's not too large. The frame is pretty flexible so you can use a smaller banner very easily but it does have a maximum reach. Otherwise your banner might not be taut. We regularly use a 60" x 24" banner and it works great. **Q: My banner is 48" wide X 24" (horizontal banner), Will this stand work for me?** A: no. the extra width would flop over since there is nothing to hold it up. you need a wider stand. one that can do horizontal banners. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job. *by L***E on February 25, 2015* Pleased with the stand. As long as you are careful when setting it up, it does exactly what it is supposed to do, and at a good price. When I need another one I will order again. ### ⭐ Quality Took a Huge Nose Dive *by B***B on April 5, 2017* I had ordered this banner stand about 3-4 years ago and still use it. It was in a nice carry bag and I've had no issues. This new stand did not have a way to hook banners to it. It has two pegs that come out, no hooks and no washers. The carry bag is a joke, it's so cheap it feels like crumpled paper and sounds like it too. When I finally inspected all parts in the bag to make sure I wasn't overlooking any pieces I did not find any hooks or washers to attach the banner onto the straight pegs. When I contacted the seller they said they could not send me just those parts because they are prepackaged and they would not offer a refund. I will pay more money and buy from someone else next time. What was once a great product, has now become not worth the time or hassle. Cheaping out on the carry bad aside, it didn't come with all the parts. Do not buy this. They will not make it right.
