The Samsung ProXpress printer is a great machine that is seamless to set up, works well, and prints well. Overall, this product is a great way to get large quantities of printing and scanning done.

The first page always prints badly. You wipe off the ink with your finger. wouldnt recommend for this price!

Took 3 hours to Network
The only instructions that came with the printer were the quick set up steps (but a user manual is available on line). The quick setup steps required that I set a password to get into the settings. I did. But when I tried to get into the settings it said I had the wrong password. I spent almost an hour begging and pleading with the machine to recognize the password I had just created moments ago. Then I tried to find a way to do a hard reset. No luck. I poked around on the internet for help and found a half dozen suggestions on what the default password might be. Eventually 0000 worked. User ID admin; password 0000. Networking the printer was no easier. Although the printer had an internet connection and saw my network none of my computers could see the printer. I had an IT friend dial in and he did some work around. All told, setup took 3 hours. Although it works I'm told its not set up the right way and one we will have to revisit. Too tired to actually try and use the printer but I'll update that when i do.
