A: Hi, Hannah here from SOUL CAP. If you hair is past the shoulders and down to mid-back, go with the "XL". Any shorter, please order a "large". We're always happy for you to exchange if sizing isn't right!

**Q: I have a few tracks in my hair. Should I go for a medium or large?**
A: I ordered a large as I had long braids at the time and that was fine. Now I have taken out my braids and just have cornrows, I tie my hair with a durag then put the swimming cap on - make sure there is no air in the cap before you swim - I swim regularly now - enjoy
