Well constructed, sturdy, and heats evenly throughout the cooking surface which is not always the case with cast iron pans. I was able to hold a steady simmer, and the non-stick surface was phenomenal! The entire cooking surface was clean with just one swipe after I made eggs! As a seasoned pan, you need to do a little maintenance after each time using it, but really that just boils down to putting a little oil in it and throwing it in the oven for a bit. Since it was pre-seasoned and they included oil right in the box, I was able to finish the seasoning and begin cooking with it right away, because all of the up-front hard work had already been done!If you are looking for a new pan, and you want something that could last a lifetime and help you cook better in the kitchen, these ICON pans are the best bang for the buck. You won't regret your purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not impressed......yet.
