I like that it’s not restricting and not expensive. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great impact protection, minor flaws *by C***E on June 8, 2026* I decided to get back into inline skating after a 20 year hiatus, and got these to keep from breaking a hip. I have 3nded up on the ground more times than I can count qnd haven't had so much as a bruise, and I bruise if you breathe too hard in my direction. I'm 5'9 210# and the large fits snug but well. The material has quite a bit of give so they don't restrict motion, but provide a mild compression and are still breathable if a little sheer. Just do yourself a favor and dont wear these on the outside, because the material is very delicate on rough surfaces, the butt is all scraped up not from falling, but from sitting on my concrete porch to put my skates on. I wanted to wait til after their first washing to leave a review to see how they held up, because I'm not hand-washing anything, and a lot of you probably arent either. I threw them on a warm/warm cycle with the rest of my stinky workout clothes and a low delicate tumble dry, and they washed up perfect. Just keep in mind that removing the high density pads through holes the size of a quarter is a CHALLENGE. I recommend labeling as you remove so they go back in the right spots. It took me 17 minutes to get them reassembled, but they seem to be good as new now.
