If you go by the Amazon size chart I got a US 6 size L. I am five foot seven inches, a 34 bust and about a 26, or 27 inch waist. This shirt fit perfectly. It wasn't skin tight like some 50s shirts and it wasn't frumpy. Just perfect, the right amount of room. There is a zipper down one side which helps a lot. The only problem I have is with the sleeves. Being that elastic material they are a little tight under the arm, but that is my only problem. A problem worth dealing with for how cute it looks. I tried it on over a pair of regular jeans and it wasn't too short either, came about an inch or two over my pants. There is a hidden side zip if you need it. There is a little bit of stretch to the fabric which is wonderful!I removed a couple of stars because of the stiffness of the fabric. It reminds me of when my mother used to put way too much starch on my dads shirts. It's so stiff it actually makes crinkling noises when I move and the shirt is rather noisy.
