Came with dents and scratches and the sound quality was terrible.

It only works 50% of the time, some days it’s fine some days it just won’t work, then trying to connect it to ps4 it will let you use the mic but you wont be able to hear anything, there’s not a lot of fixes at all, it just has constant problems, I used a logitec headset for 5 years before this never once had a problem, first time trying razer and probably my last, I don’t recommend this you will waste your time fixing it ever 2 weeks.

This headset came in pristine condition, in the undamaged Razer Kraken box. I would have sworn it was brand new, works perfectly for casual gaming and for work.It's super comfortable, I have TMJ so pressure from most standard headsets begins to irritate my jaw area pretty quickly, I can wear these for hours without trouble. It's got the weight of high quality without being too heavy, it is on the bully side but it looks so cool I don't mind.I'm told the sound from my mic is clear, no need to mess with the settings much or pull the mic right up against my mouth like I've seen in some reviews. The audio is really nice, too. The surround sound is cool, I haven't used it much but it's a neat feature. Doesn't work so well with music, you want the normal stereo sound for regular listening. It's bassy and does sound pretty good, even without using the EQ.It leaks sound pretty heavily if music or game/movie volume is turned up, the sound can easily be heard by someone else in the room. Voice doesn't seem to have that problem thankfully.I'm so pleased with these, and pleasantly surprised with the warehouse quality and price.

I have had this for under a year and one earpiece has already stopped working. I reached out to Razer and they could not help because they were sold by an unauthorized seller. After about a month of buying the mic lid came off and continuously falls off when try to put back on.

bought these for the boy to game with on Xbox and PC. they sound great. get pretty damn loud. the THX 7.1 deal seems to work really well on PC. The USB dongle for the THX does NOT work on Xbox or PS4. but they still sound good nonetheless. and they seem pretty sturdy. they have been handled by the kids who have no regard for anything really. and they still work good. my only concern is the audio cable is not removable. thats usually the weak point in the other sets of headphones that have come and gone....

I bought this headset because it has sidetone (where you can toggle where you can hear yourself or not) So I am not yelling and upsetting my whole house. It works great and I really love this headset. I have recommended it to a few friends and so far everyone is enjoying it. Under features that I was supposed to rate it said to rate noise cancellation? I wouldnt say this headset really advertises noise cancellation or is good at it so I wouldn't base reviews around that. But it is fantastic and a must buy!
