I had minor knee surgery and I use this pad for yoga and any other time I need my knees on the floor, ie. painting walls at the baseboards etc., it works great. I highly recommend this pad. **Q: My husband I both have this and did not get a free bag. We find it very hard to carry around. How can we get a bag?** A: My mat arrived in a black nylon carry bag. I suggest you go back through your Amazon order, find the company’s contact in formation and notify them about the missing bags. I have also found that is you mention your dissatisfaction through Amazon comments, many companies will contact you to make things right. **Q: would the velcro be in the way if I never use it?
