I use half a bag a day after exercise to hold me until I eat lunch. It's a great mixture of protein, carbs and fat with not a lot of salt.  It works great in keeping me from eating unhealthily when I'm really hungry. It's less expensive to buy the 3 ounce bag and I have the will power to eat only half a bag at a time.

In order to get the benefits of the ingredients, I am willing to eat Crisps that are satisfactory to good in taste.  For that reason, I recommend them.  To me, they taste better than the White Cheese type..
