Our first one was faulty and despite us not opening the box and finding out until a couple of months after we bought it (due to some unexpected delays with our kitchen project) the seller was so helpful and accommodating. They paid for us to return the faulty one and sent a replacement out promptly. The new one is great, perfectly working and really happy with the heat it gives out. On the highest setting it is a bit noisy but no more than you would expect for a fan heater and you wouldn’t need it on for very long at this setting before your room was super toasty! On the low setting it’s nice and quiet and throws out a good amount of heat. The flexible connectors come with shut off valves at the heater end, so it is very simple to fit or remove.
