**Q: Im mainly buying these for cramps, will these work better for cramps than the "multi-symptom" one or are they both equally effective for cramps?**
A: I think max is better for cramps.  Multi systems is better if you lack energy or having headaches too.  They both are great for cramps.

**Q: 'Description' says I contains Asprin and caffeine while 'Features and details'' says it does not contain same......please what are we to believe??!?**
A: Yes conteins aspirin and caffeine!

**Q: What are the inactive ingredients?**
A: I do not know, it is on the box and I usually throw it away. Sorry.
