Have only gotten to use it a few times. I have really large hips & glutes in comparison to my tiny waist, so belts are always hard for me to find a proper fit with, and keep them in place, as with squats, they tend to get pushed up to my chest LOL... This one is better than others I have tried, and it tightens easily. The belt has a LONG region with velcroe, which I LOVE, so you really have a lot of range to find the perfect fit, and the excess doesn't hang down when you tighten it - BONUS. The color was beautiful darker hot pink, which is exactly what the pic shows, and exactly what I was looking for! :) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Photo of model wearing belt is misleading *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2018* In the photo, the belt's wide, supportive part (the pink and black) completely covers the model's abdomen. My waist is 26" and I ordered an extra-small, which is supposed to accommodate a waist up to 28 inches. When I put on the belt, there was a gap of several in the front, with no coverage except that provided by the black velcro strap. The whole point of a lifting belt is to increase intra-abdominal pressure to protect the spine. You can't increase intra-abdominal pressure without firm coverage over the entire circumference of the body. After discovering that the XS wouldn't work, I ordered a small (supposedly for waist sizes 28-32"), which when tightened offers just the tiniest bit of overlap in front. The photo of the model shows a belt that overlaps completely--at least by several inches. I found that quite misleading. The point is, if you're expecting full overlap, as the photo shows, you may need a larger size. I am high-waisted (smallest point just below the rib cage), and of course, you don't tighten a belt around your rib cage. So if someone is high-waisted, she should probably measure at the navel rather than natural waistline. All this said, the belt appears to be well made. I originally was going to purchase a size S but when I looked over the measurement requirements per size, I'm so glad I went with the XS. It fits like a glove, like it was custom made for me, super comfortable. I haven't had the chance to use this in the gym yet, but I did some testing with it at home and I can already tell that this is going to definitely help me with my squats/dead lifts.
